※報名流程(簡章第五頁)：進入「網路報名系統」→取得繳費帳號→繳費→登錄網路報名系統，輸入「序號」及「密碼」→填寫資料→郵寄報名資料及備審資料

※線上取得繳費帳號及繳交報名費：至114年3月5日止

報考資格

同時具下列兩項資格者方可報考：

一ヽ國內外大學或獨立學院畢業，取得學士學位者或符合「入學大學同等學力認定標準」。

二ヽ具工作經驗者。

※1.持境外學歷報考者，須符合各該相關學歷採認法規（大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法、大陸地區學歷採認辦法、香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法）之規定。

2.僑生、港澳生、外國學生不得報考在職專班，但僑生、港澳居民非以就學事由，已在臺取得合法居留身分者及外國學生在臺已具有合法居留身分者，不在此限（依「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」、「香港澳門居民來臺就學辦法」、「外國學生來臺就學辦法」規定辦理）。

（2）工作經歷證明書（附錄四，請簽名）；

（3）學歷（力）證件影本；

（4）在職證明或勞保明細；

（5）自傳與研究計畫；

（6）相關著作、專利、報告或個人專業成就之資料；

（7）資歷表現積分表（請單獨一張勿裝訂）及證明文件。

★Application Qualification

1.NCUE undergraduate student with a completion of course taking with three semesters.

2.Applicants with average academic performance ranking in the top 60% of our department or with other outstanding academic performance are qualified to apply.

★Applicants Have to Submit

1.Application Form (Attachment 1)

2.Transcripts (Department ranking included)

3.Statement of purpose

4.At least 1 recommendation letter from our faculty (Attachment 2) and other application documents

Advantages of Five-Year Program

(1) Students qualified for the Five-Year Program will be free of charge when they take graduate school courses in their fourth year of university.

(2) Scholarships provided when admitted by recommendation or examination:

1.Reward points for NCUE students to continue studies in our graduate schools: Five Year Program students: Students admitted to and approved by our graduate institutes and enrolled in the same year will be free of charge of incidental expenses and tuition fees. Every graduate institute can accept five students at most, and the reward is provided one school year at most.

2.Admission scholarship points for NCUE graduate students at engineering college Students admitted to our graduate institute will be recommended to apply for NCUE admission scholarship. (Scholarship amount and quota are subjected to the announcement of our engineering school)

3. Operation points for scholarship provided by Dah Lih Puh Corporation Students admitted to our graduate institute will be recommended to apply for scholarship provided by Dah Lih Puh Corporation. (Scholarship amount and quota are subjected to the announcement of our Academic Affairs Office)

4. Admission scholarship reward system for NCUE CSIE graduate students Students graduated from our university admitted by recommendation and examination to continue studying in our graduate institute (Five-Year Program students are prioritized), in their preparatory semesters, will be rewarded with NTD$10,000 every semester (two semesters in a row); other students will be rewarded with NTD$5,000 every semester (four semesters in a row).
